1 : SOLO mode
2+ : as much as possible, this depends on how fast yours connection work, COOPERATIVE or VERSUS (players in 2 teams) mode

Offline: No cloud server, no internet, all you need is QSync. However, one device will be the HOST, who creates a Room, and all others their GUESTs, over Bluetooth or wi-fi
